"We're sorry, something went wrong" error

When you log in to RapNet and receive an error "We're sorry, something went wrong" error, please do the following
  1. Go to your date/time settings (Windows Key + I)
  2. Set your time and time zone to automatic
  3. If there is an option to click "Update now" do so
  4. Check if your clock has changed
  5. Try log in to RapNet again if you are still receiving the error move to step 6 below the screenshot.
